Terms and Conditions

1. All participants need to be 18 years or over, In some circumstances exceptions can be made but this would require a parental waver signed, excluding Eclipse and its management team from any and all liabilities and repercussions without exception. Age verification may be required and the team management decision on any individual taking part will be final.

2. Pregnancy, it is not recommended that you should take part if you are pregnant, Should you be hurt or injured whist attending an event and you are later found to be pregnant we will accept no liability in line with our insurance providers policy.

3. Alcohol and drugs: we do not allow anyone to participate if we feel they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If suspected, you will be asked to leave. No refund will be issued. This is also in accordance to our insurance provider's policy.

4.Sensible & Appropriate clothing and footwear: this is your responsibility . You should be aware that we investigate into the early hours and it can get chilly.  We  investigate in dark and sometimes derelict buildings, footwear that is of robust construction is therefore a requirement. No flip flops or open toes will be acceptable.  Whilst your safety is paramount you must take all necessary precautions to keep yourself safe during the event.

5. Equipment, If you have your own equipment, you are welcome to bring it along and use it on the night we however ask you to declare this upon arrival so there can be no confusion, and also a qualified member of our team will check the equipment to make sure it is safe and appropriate to be used at the event, This is in line with our insurance provider's policy.

6. Vehicles and personal property: we will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of property or vehicle whilst at an event.

7. Behaviour: we will not tolerate any individual to disrupt or become abusive to members of our team or other guests. Should any person become physically or verbally abusive, you will be removed without exception, No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

8. Should a venue cancel one of our events, we will offer our guests an alternative or a full refund, should you cancel an event yourself we will offer a refund only if cancelled with a minimum of 30 day notice prior to the event. This is to give reasonable time to re-sell the ticket.

9. All bookings made with us will be confirmed by email.  Bookings are accepted for named individuals at the time of booking only and the tickets are none transferable without written authorisation from us. You also accept our Terms & Conditions when making a booking with us

10. We cannot guarantee you will experience paranormal activity at any of our events, however we will do our best to place you with an experienced team leader who will guide you and advise you to give you the best experience possible.

11. We will have someone trained in first aid attending our events, but please make us aware of any medical issues we may need to know about in advance.

12. Guests should be respectful of other people’s views or opinions regarding paranormal experiences or activity.

13. When an event is over, please respect the local area and leave as quietly as possible.

14. All persons attending our events do so at your own risk. We accept no liability for any accident or injury to you or members of your party. Only attend if you are in good health and not of a nervous disposition.

15. We do not send out actual tickets unless these are bought through one of our ticket providers, but you will receive a conformation email. Please note that tickets are not transferable and the names of persons on the booking will be checked upon arrival, this is in line with our insurance policy requirements.

16. We require 30 days notice before the event for any cancellations. Less than 30 days notice will result in no refund.

17. Any deposits made are non-refundable after 30 days prior to an event

18. Throughout our events, we will be capturing videos and pictures. By accepting our terms and conditions, you consent to the use of these images and recordings. If you have concerns about this, please inform us at the start of the evening.
